3. Job Description: 
-Growing and improving automated test infrastructure in a high-level, object-oriented language 
-Developing advanced traffic simulators and other software tools to assist with automated testing 
-Implementing fully automated unit, functional, and system tests 
-Analyzing, debugging, and fixing failing regression tests 
-Working with the rest of the QA and software teams to help deliver a high quality product

3. Job Description:
-  Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.
- Provide continuous technical support via telephone and other electronic mediums for a limited product category.
- Identify the level of technical knowledge of the customer and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
- Deliver technical assistance relying on instruction and pre-established guidelines.
-Achieve and maintain to a performance standard.  Including but not limited to; average handle time, resolution and customer satisfaction
- Log all incoming calls and accurately complete case notes in the call tracking database. 
- Search and retrieve data from various databases. Ability to multitask with multiple applications during a phone call.  
 -Participate in training activities to maintain technical currency, and to broaden product knowledge. 
-  Extend contact to promote and sell products or services as required by assigned queue.

3. Job Description:

 -This Full-time position will be responsible for customer satisfaction and will have ownership over the Client after implementation has been completed. The core objective of the role will be technical support.
-Be the single point of contact for all incoming customer requests including: Repairs, MACDs, general tech inquiries, how to questions.
-Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems; working within Broadsoft's M6, CISCO Powered Network and other Epik technical systems.
-Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks.

-responsible for development and maintenance of real-time kernels, device drivers, file-system and multimedia for wireless devices.

- contributes directly to the tools suite that connects directly to handhelds and tablets which includes both PC and device firmware.
